4.Don't go HUNGRY to a party/event/outing.

5.Schedule some RELAXATION time.

6.Get enough SLEEP(7+ hours).

7.Get OUTSIDE- do something active.

8.PREP for the week ahead.

9.Be PRODUCTIVE- don't have a lazy Sunday.
