1.Don't deprive yourself, it's a holiday.

2.Don't stuff yourself to the point of pain, I'm sure there will be leftovers.

3.Eat everything in moderation.

>4.Don't skip breakfast.

5.Don't neglect the vegetable sides. Fiber fills you up.

6.Eat Slowly.

7.Wait 20 minutes for your brain to tell you it's full, before going back for seconds.

8.Have dessert. You deserve it.

9.Go for a walk 30 minutes after you eat,insted of napping.

10.Help in the Kitchen. Cooking & Cleaning burns calories.

11.Never feel guilty.
